I’m currently using the V7 and examtopics site for reviewing.. Msot of the comments I’m seeing, V7 contains about 70-80% of the exam.. Not sure if this would be enough though given that new questions was released..

Noticed a question about supported NGFWv in public cloud. Options are:

Note that cisco only support AWS. But as of this writing GCP is supported as well.

Note that XSS is a malicious script thats injected to web pages and executed on the client side while SQL injection clearly includes modification of the database data as its attack.

The new questions released by sectut were spot on.. Most if not all appeared in my exam. The question bank here is enough to pass, although there are a few that has wrong answers so you might want to do some fact-checking.. Of course, you should still read or study the OCG or other resources to gain knowledge ^^.

Hi guys looks like my post earlier did not went in.. But to post it jere again. The new Qs posted by sectut were spot on.. the question bank here is enough to pass.. but there are some some wrong answers though so might want to fact check the answers..

I encountered 2 new Qs:
1 – DD – just know the steps on how ise check for compliance
2 – new image asking about what the api_key is used for. Options are: HTTP auth, HTTP author etc.

Most of the topic I got 90%.. the lowest I got is 85% on the subject of content sec..

Yes you will need a preshared key to join cluster and i dont believe t+ is possible for ESA. Thats why I answered radius and cli

Anybody can shade some light on these definitions for API_Keys, some sources states that are used for Authentication and others say for Authorization (or both), it’s little confusing;

Source 1:
An application programming interface (API) key is a code used to identify and authenticate an application or user.

Source 2:
Some APIs use API keys for authorization. An API key is a special token that the client needs to provide when making API calls.

The key is usually sent as a request header:
GET /something HTTP/1.1
X-API-Key: abcdef12345
or as a query parameter:
GET /something?api_key=abcdef12345

I did a quick search about API_keys and found contradictory infos about it’s use cases. and it’s not clear if it’s used as an authentication mechanism for authorizing HTTP requests.

So, it would be nice if somebody can clarify this point. Is it for auth or authr?

Guys, When I send the security TUT Qs for everyone, I´m not helping. The SecurityTUT needs money to keep us updated with News Qs. Just 19 bucks and the Security TUT is better because the positions of questions change every time to you when making the exam simulation here.
